Welcome to Morocco Teals. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (www.moroccoteals.com), booking a tour, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Morocco Teals offers curated travel experiences throughout Morocco, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Customized private and group tours
  • Cultural and historical excursions
  • Desert expeditions and camel trekking
  • Airport transfers
  • Accommodation arrangements

All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.

Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be made via our official website, by email, or by direct contact with Morocco Teals.
  • A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at the commencement of the tour.
  • Morocco Teals reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the required timeframe.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Below is a transparent summary of our cancellation policy, based on the number of days remaining before your scheduled tour departure.

More than 20 days Cancel well in advance and receive a partial refund of your deposit. 50% of deposit
20 days or less Cancellations within 20 days of the tour start date are not eligible for a refund. No refund
No-show Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point or departure time. No refund
Cancelled by Morocco Teals If we cancel due to extreme weather, government regulations, or safety concerns. Full refund or reschedule
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to:

  • Ensure possession of all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and permits.
  • Disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before the tour begins.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and respect Moroccan customs, traditions, and cultural norms throughout the trip.

Morocco Teals is not liable for consequences arising from a traveler's failure to meet these responsibilities.

Intellectual Property

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
